Scope and Characteristics of Disclosures
The Arsan Disclosure Policy has been established by the Board of Directors.
The obligations arising from Capital Markets Legislation are fulfilled within the framework of the rules determined by legislation and in order to conduct activities more effectively, under the supervision, guidance and coordination of the Investor Relations Unit established within our company in accordance with CMB Corporate Governance Principles.
In addition to company bodies, the "Investor Relations Department" established as mandatory by legislation plays an active role in protecting and facilitating the exercise of shareholder rights, particularly the right to obtain information and examination.
Information and data about our company are available on our corporate website. The relevant website is followed and kept up to date. All questions from shareholders and other relevant parties are answered as soon as possible.

Our company's main objective is to ensure that shareholders' right to information is fulfilled fairly and completely. Additionally, our Company fulfills the rights arising from shareholder status completely and in the shortest time.

Exercise of Shareholders' Right to Information
During the period, information requests from our shareholders are met except for information that constitutes trade secrets or has not been disclosed to the public. Information and disclosures that may affect the exercise of shareholder rights have been made available to shareholders on the company's website on a current basis.

The Company actively uses the Corporate Website as prescribed by CMB Corporate Governance Principles in order to maintain shareholder relations more effectively and quickly, and to be in continuous communication with shareholders. The information on this site is constantly updated. The information on the Company's Corporate Website has the same content as the disclosures made within the framework of the relevant legislation provisions and does not contain contradictory or incomplete information.
On the Company's Corporate Website; in addition to information required to be disclosed by legislation; company information, the current version of the Company's Articles of Association, material event disclosures, financial reports, activity reports, prospectuses and public offering circulars, General Assembly meeting agendas, participant lists and meeting minutes, proxy voting forms, Dividend Distribution Policy, Disclosure Policy and other matters are included. In this context, at least the last 5 years of information is included on the Company's Corporate Website.
Notifications other than those specified above (prospectus, circular, etc.) are signed within the authorities specified in the Company's signature circular and disclosed to the public. They are also published on our Company's website.
The Board of Directors' Activity Report, prepared in accordance with Corporate Governance Principles legislation published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), is submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) within the prescribed legal periods and is also published on our Company's corporate website (www.arsantextile.com).
The Board of Directors' Activity Report is prepared annually before the General Assembly meeting, containing the necessary information and explanations, and is made available for shareholders' review, published on our company's Corporate Website, and presented to the shareholders' information at the General Assembly Meeting.
Informing Stakeholders
Our company informs stakeholders by publicly disclosing all material events that may affect its activities.within the framework of Capital Markets Board legislation, quarterly financial statements and reports via KAP and on the company's website.
Material event disclosures in our company are made with the signatures of our Board of Directors members. Public disclosures have been made in close cooperation with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee.
Since the Company's shares are not listed on foreign stock exchanges, no material event disclosures have been sent to another country's stock exchange.
Other Matters
A list of employees affiliated with our company who have regular access to insider information is kept and updated when there is a change in the list.
Persons with administrative responsibility and regular access to insider information are determined according to the scope of the relevant information. Accordingly, managers and other personnel who do not have information at a level that can affect the value of the capital market instrument and investors' investment decisions, in other words, who have detailed information about only one part of the Company and limited information about the whole, are not considered as persons with administrative responsibility and access to insider information. However, Board Members, Senior Executives and Authorized Managers who have detailed information about the Company as a whole and not only today but also regarding future plans are considered as persons with administrative responsibility and regular access to insider information.
Our company's employees are informed about their obligations to keep confidential any insider information that has not yet been disclosed to the public, which they may possess during the performance of duties for the Company or conducting business on behalf of the Company, not to use it for the purpose of providing benefits to themselves or third parties, or to disclose it to third parties without authorization.
In case of a change in the disclosure policy, the matters that have been changed and forward-looking evaluations are announced to the public after approval by the Board of Directors.
The Corporate Website is arranged in the content and form prescribed by CMB Corporate Governance Principles, and efforts to develop the Corporate Website are continuing.
