At Arsan Holding, environmental management is an integrated engineering process that encompasses energy generation, distribution, and recovery. In our industrial facilities we produce our own energy using "cogeneration" technology while returning waste heat to the system; through our energy group subsidiaries we manage energy access for 1.25 million people with smart grids that minimize losses. For us, environmental respect means the discipline of managing resources with zero waste.

Integrated Energy Cycle and Cogeneration

In our production facilities we ensure energy continuity and manage our carbon footprint with a high-tech cogeneration plant. With natural gas engines totaling 8.6 MW of installed capacity, we continuously meet the electricity needs of our yarn and dyeing plants while returning the resulting waste heat to the system via special heat exchangers. This cycle is an engineering achievement that minimizes our fossil fuel consumption.

Resource Protection and Advanced Treatment

Water is the most critical resource for industrial production. Our fully equipped biological and chemical treatment facilities at Arsan Holding treat process water to international standards and discharge it harmlessly into the environment. All chemicals used across our supply chain are selected in full compliance with REACH standards; the "zero waste" principle sits at the core of our operational processes.
